Our agency and its previous subsidiaries has been providing emergency fire and medical services to communities since the founding in 1996. Our agency has provided these services to communities as contracted emergency services thru subscription based or contracted based fire department services.

The services provide the same emergency fire and rescue services as a fire district with the difference being the department is on a contract or subscription funding mechanism. These services are contracted between 1 to 5 years while the community establishes their own fire district or fire service area.

The department has also provided specialize contracted fire and rescue services for the power, chemical, construction, and prison industries.
Our agency is able to develop fire services from their conception thru full operation and recognition from state and federal agencies .
